These resources support us as we evaluate our priorities and the values that guide our decisions. We are encouraged to take self- responsibility and feel empowered to envision the world we want to see.

We: Collective Interior

In circle, we dialogue to clarify our shared values and how we experience the shift in world-view. We identify our collective unexamined assumptions. Changing our world-view is an ongoing process and the circles help shift our social context from disengaged isolation to connection, reinforcing our interconnectedness with all.

It: Individual/External

We are aware of our personal ecological ‘footprint’ created by our actions and make ecologically conscious choices in our consumption and other lifestyle habits. We use the peer support and accountability of the circle to help us clean up our own act and make lasting change.

It’s: Collective/External

We act collectively to transform our institutions and social systems. In schools, businesses and community groups we identify ways to help our organizations and communities conserve energy & resources, reduce consumption and waste, support innovative systems for healthy, bio-regional food and economy, and educate our social decision makers.

1) Wilber, K.
