<h2>The Be The Change Team</h2><p>Part of the Be The Change team at our Sacred Earth Day Celebration on April 20<sup>th</sup>, 2010</p> <p><img src="/sites/default/files/content/TeamPhoto.jpg" alt="Team photo April 20 2010" title="Team photo April 20 2010" width="543" height="145" style="float: left;" /></p> <p style="font-size: 9px;"> Suzanne Barois, Loretta James, Lucia Plescia Beamish, Ilana Labow, Maureen Jack-LaCroix, Derek LaCroix</p> <p><strong>Maureen Jack-LaCroix, Executive Director</strong><strong>,</strong> (<a href="/about/team/board">see bio</a>) is the deeply committed and visionary<strong> </strong>Founder of Be The Change Earth Alliance and presently serves as a full time volunteer Executive Director.</p> <p><strong>Loretta James, </strong><strong>Operations Manager, </strong>once a techie entrepreneur, she brings her gift of laughter, software, team building, systems creation, and coordination to Be The Change.<strong><br /></strong></p> <p><strong>Ilana Labow, Multifaith Coordinator, </strong>has an urban organic farming business and is connected intimately with the Jewish community. She<strong> </strong>brings her expertise in community development.</p> <p><strong>Lucia Plescia Beamish, Development Coordinator, </strong>is a health and well-being consultant and holds degrees in social justice, environmentalism and dialogue. She brings her writing skills to head up communications and grant writing.<strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Shannon Peters</strong>, <strong>Summer Student, </strong>is a student at Simon Fraser University, studying a Major in Anthropology and a Minor in Dialogue. She has experience with many non-profits and will be working with Be The Change through the summer.</p> <p><strong>Peter Fish Fisera, </strong>Web developer, has come to us with extensive technical expertise and a big heart! And he’s brought our website into a wonderful reality. <strong> </strong></p> <hr size="2" /><h2>Star Volunteers</h2><p><strong>Bernie K. Video Productions</strong>, is a blessing to work with! He is CEO and founder of Bernie K. Video Production, a musician, camera-man and film editor.</p><p><strong>Chris Croda, </strong>is a professional audio visual technician/teacher and CEO of “Above and Beyond” Productions.</p><p><strong>Emily Jubenvill, </strong>is an inspiring leader in the green community and is taking action to bring the Be The Change program into schools and youth programs.</p><p><strong>Jane Davidson</strong>, is an experienced media consultant and supports Be The Change in a marketing capacity.<strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Kate Sutherland, </strong>a Circle Convenor of extraordinary abilities, was also instrumental in the development of our program and materials.<strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Leslie Glover</strong>, Ordained Presbyterian Minister, on the Board of Directors of Critter Care and a trained Awaken the Dreamer – Be The Change Facilitator. She is also co-heading our United Church Action Circle initiative.</p><p><strong>Sharon Pendlington,</strong> connected and inspired numerous people throughout the Lower Mainland to get into Action Circles. She currently sits on our Wisdom Circle Advisory Committee.</p> <p><strong>Sue Chambers, </strong>offers us her amazing technical research, curriculum development and writing skills.</p><p><strong>Suzanne Barois, </strong>is a board member, sits on the Wisdom Circle Advisory Committee, the staff Leadership Circle, and the Youth Initiative, scribing and supporting all initiatives. Suzanne is also a main contributor to the Be The Change Action Guide<strong>. </strong></p>
